President Joe Biden's lies and contradictions about his son Hunter's personal and business convolutions are catching up to dotty old Joe with increasing speed and intensity
Once again, President Joe Biden says that he has confidence in his son >>> during the President's recent comments to Jake Tapper about the possibility of federal charges being prepared against Hunter Biden

All of this came up while President Biden was reacting to earlier reporting in The Washington Post that indicated certain FBI agents believe the DOJ had sufficient evidence to bring charges against the president’s son for a variety of tax crimes, and making a false statement about substance abuse on an ATF form when he ahd been applying to purchase a gun. In his first public comments about possible federal tax and gun charges against his son, the president said that he had “great confidence” in Hunter Biden, and the President believed that Hunter was “on a straight and narrow” after his struggles with substance abuse.
Biden had made these comments when he was interviewed by Jake Tapper on CNN (aired by CNN this past Tuesday night). In the Jake Tapper interview President Biden said “I have great confidence in my son. I love him. He’s on a straight and narrow, and he has been for a couple years now....” Biden said in the interview with Jake Tapper. During that interview, the Joe Biden was reacting to recent reports from The Washington Post that said certain federal agents believed that they had sufficient evidence to charge the president’s son with tax crimes and making a false statement about substance abuse when he applied to purchase a gun. [[[ Interestingly, Biden used almost verbatum similar words during his debate with then-President Trump >>> ".... “My son, like a lot of people, like lot of people you know at home, had a drug problem. He’s fixed it, he’s worked on it. And I’m proud of him. I’m proud of my son....”]]]
In that interview, the President also said this about Hunter and what he might have done: ".... I’m proud of my son.... He got hooked on, like many families have had happened, hooked on drugs. He’s overcome that.... He’s established a new life.... I’m confident that he is, what he says and does are consistent with what happens...." [Talking about the false statement on the gun form, the President said this] ".... He came along and said, ‘By the way this thing about a gun, I didn’t know anything about it,’... You get asked the question are you on drugs or use drugs. He said no. And he wrote about saying no in his book....” [referring to his son’s memoir, published last year].
Not very long before the addle-brained Joe Biden was sworn in as President, in December 2020, the FBI tried to interview Hunter Biden, leading the younger Biden to publicly acknowledge that he was under federal investigation. At that time, Hunter Biden denied any wrongdoing, and in a written statement said: “I take this matter very seriously but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisers.”
The President's rfrecnt comments to CNN also came shortly after a British publication unveiled what it claims was a voice message by Joe Biden sent to his son sent in late 2018, and expressing his love for his son, saying, “You gotta get some help.” The message was later aired on a Fox News show that is hosted by Sean Hannity.
