Where were you when you heard.....

 

.....  that Florida's Governor Ron DeSantis had transported a hoard of those ikky "illegals" to Martha's Vinyard

.....  that the biggest violation of sovereign airspace anywhere in the USA since 9/11 had just occurred...

.....  that, to some, the most efficient use of air power in history  ---  had displaced the B-29 demonstration missions to Hiroshima and Nagasaki from first to second in that category

.....  that, to many, this use and abuse of virtually imprisoned human beings** would be seen as akin to the Nazi Holocaust  

and

.....  that even the main stream media would finally  perceive this aspect of the unlawful border-crossers phenomenon to be significant, and possibly a very negative thing

This is certainly a historic matter on a scale equivalent to the actual use of atomic weapons by the United States against a particularly identifiable racial group, or the Nazi's attempted extermination of tens of millions of Europeans in several identifiable groups.

As an accomplishment in the use of airpower  ---  two relatively small chartered regional jetliners did something more impactful than the Berlin Airlift in the late 1940s, or the 2021 Evacuation of Kabul by air, or even the air transport and delivery of those two "gadgets" to two Japanese cities in 1945.

We here at this independent GOP blog for Brooklyn and Staten Island are certain that most, if not all, of our friends, neighbors, and fellow citizens in Brooklyn and Staten Island will long-remember  >>> where they were and what they were doing <<<  when first they heard that Florida's Governor DeSantis had transported a bunch of relatively undocumented Venezuelan migrants to Martha's Vinyard.
