Instead of continuing its few days of silence, the FBI admitted it "routinely notifies" private companies, including social media platforms, of potential threats
The FBI's most recent comment came after Meta-Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said Facebook "decreased" the distribution of the Hunter Biden laptop story right before the 2020 election because of a warning from the FBI
Zuckerberg made his most recent disclosure during a Thursday appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast. Host Joe Rogan had asked Zuckerberg how Facebook handled the Biden laptop story after it had been broken by The New York Post. That story had involved the very problematic contents on a laptop of 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden's son, Hunter
Given what is now known about the Hunter Biden laptop, and the FBI's 2020 response to diclosures about it --- the FBI's recent admission, is tantamount to saying that they lied about the Hunter Biden laptop during 2020 in order to elect Joe Biden in 2020
During his conversation with Joe Rogan, Mark Zucherberg said that the FBI told his company to "be on high alert" and that an information dump similar to the Russian propaganda seen during the 2016 election would happen soon.
The FBI's recent partial lay-out tried to make what it did about the Hunter Biden laptop during the 2020 campaign seem routine, however that version of the events is absolutely a lie. That's because the FBI had the lap-top in its possession at the time --- and subsequent dislosures have proven that the NY Post lap-top disclosures were legitimate --- and recent FBI whistle-blowers have revealed that high FBI officials had dead-ended any proper investigation of the Hunter Biden laptop during the 2020 campaign --- with little indication that they have done very much with it since.
A California Congressman named Ted Lieu said Sunday that “MAGA Republicans” defending Donald Trump after the FBI raid of his Florida estate are engaged in “cultish, un-American, treasonous behavior.”
ReplyDeleteIm sure he would also say your attack on the FBI in the post above is also “cultish, un-American, treasonous behavior.”
BACKFILL: THE "VERY STRANGE NY TIMES EDITORIAL" EDITION
ReplyDeleteLAST FRIDAY, THE NY TIMES EDITORIAL BOARD DEMANDED "CRIMINAL PROSECUTION" OF PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP DESPITE THE TIMES' FAILING TO NAME ANY PARTICULAR CRIMINAL ACT THAT HE HAS BEEN ALLEGED TO HAVE COMMITTED SUPPORTED BY MATERIAL, COMPETENT AND RELEVANT EVIDENCE.... FURTHERMORE, THE TOP TIMESMEN INTENTIONALLY AND OPENLY CHOSE TO IGNORE ANY RISK OF CAUSING THE GREATEST INTERNAL CRISIS AND CALAMITY SINCE THE AMERICAN CIVIL WAR
BY THIS RANK RANT AND ACT OF IRRESPONSIBLE CIVIL ADVOCACY --- THE TIMES EDITORIAL BOARD HAS COMPLETELY SLIPPED FROM BOTH ITS JOURNALISTIC AND EVEN EDITORIAL MOORINGS OF REPONSIBILITY AND INTEGRITY --- BUT INSTEAD THOSE EDITORIALISTS HAVE HANDED THE "OLD GRAY LADY" OVER TO THE RABID MOB SUFFERING FROM TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME
The NY Times' Editorial Board claimed that Trump "sought to subvert the Constitution and overturn the will of the American people" without providing any evidentiary underpinning for its conclusion in any way.
Instead, it merely piled up platitudinous phrases to describe some of what its editors were trying to show that Donald Trump had done, among them: Trump has "brought shame" to America and "destabilized its future" with his alleged crimes [however, there has not been a single specific crime that President Trump or former President Trump is alleged to have committed]; "The disturbing details of his postelection misfeasance, meticulously assembled by the Jan. 6 committee, leaves little doubt that Mr. Trump sought to subvert the Constitution and overturn the will of the American people...."; "The president, defeated at the polls in 2020, tried to enlist federal law enforcement authorities, state officials and administrators of the nation’s electoral system in a furious effort to remain in power. When all else failed, he roused an armed mob that stormed the Capitol and threatened lawmakers...." [again, with not a specific factual allegation or identified crime having been set forth to support the Times' bill of generalities]; and "Mr. Trump’s actions as a public official, like no others since the Civil War, attacked the heart of our system of government. He used the power of his office to subvert the rule of law.... If we hesitate to call those actions and their perpetrator criminal, then we are saying he is above the law and giving license to future presidents to do whatever they want.... Mr. Trump’s actions have brought shame on one of the world’s oldest democracies and destabilized its future...."
At a certain point, all-caps + hissyfits become unreadable.

But, again..... Thank you, for playing; and better luck next time..
If you didn't prefer it it wouldn't be "LONG-STANDING."

UPDATE & BACKFILL: THE "PERCOLATING, PERCOLATING, PERCOLATING..." EDITION
ReplyDeleteTHE SENIOR FBI OFFICIAL ACCUSED BY WHISTLEBLOWERS OF SIDETRACKING THE FBI'S HUNTER BIDEN PROBE HAS BEEN ESCORTED OUT OF THE BUILDING AND OUT OF THE BUREAU
It's being reported that Timothy Thibault, the former assistant special agent in charge in the FBI’s Washington Field Office, resigned from his post and was seen being escorted out of his building this past Friday.
Assistant Special Agent In Charge Thibault’s exit from the FBI happened after he had come under fire after multiple whistleblowers' allegations had been leveled against him during this past year. Those allegations became public from sources in Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley’s and Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan’s offices. Grassley and Jordan are the ranking Republicans on the Senate and House Judiciary Committees, respectively.
FBI Director Christopher Wray had bee questioned under oath about Thibault and the allegations that Thibault was acting politically on behalf of President Biden --- but Wray refused to answer any questions about it.
