Since we posted about candidate Brian Fox's 46th AD roll-out in his square-wheel mobile --- the Fox pit crew has rotated those wheels

First, they tried to make him run in the 49th AD  ---  and now it looks like Fox's latest roll-out is a very early announcement of a 2023 re-run against Democrat Justin Brannan

Once again, Fox gave his news to the "Queen of the Click" instead of to "his" home GOP club, the Verrazzano Republicans or any other Republicans for that matter

Here's what it all looked like  on the QOTC blog:

Brian Fox Will Rematch Justin Brannan

Brian Fox was considering a run for Assembly, but many people wanted Brian Fox to rematch Justin Brannan! Fox agreed to that and issued this statement:

As many of you know, I have a deep love for our neighbors, this community and the City of New York. When I decided to first run for City Council, I took on the challenge with all my heart and gave it my best despite the fact that as a local resident and businessman I had never run for political office before.  I ran because I knew we had to change the direction New York City was headed in and while we fell a few votes short our election night victory was echoed across Brooklyn. We were told the odds were against us, but I knew that I had the support of the community and I’m grateful for your confidence and proud of the race we ran. After our great showing last year I knew that there was more fight left in me our work wouldn’t stop there.

Many of my friends and family have encouraged my to consider running again this year and I have indeed explored running for the New York State Assembly in the 46th District. However many community leaders, elated representatives and party leaders have encouraged me to pursue another run for the City Council and I have decided to take on that challenge!

The work and grassroots efforts to elect Conservative and Republican candidates seeking elected office across South Brooklyn starts tomorrow and I will be leading the fight in my role with the Verrazzano Republican Club and the South Brooklyn Small Business Coalition.

In that role I will continue to spread my message, helping our community and neighborhood get back our long lost quality of life. I will not stop holding  our local elected officials accountable for b supporting disastrous policies like bail reform and defunding the police.   So to all of my supporters, I say that I accept your call to throw my hat back in the ring but I will focus on finishing what I started last year. Get ready for the #Rematch!

I promise to lead you faithfully in the City Council and will need your help in 2023 in order for us to win decisively and  finish the job of turning our neighborhood around and bring things back to the peaceful, beautiful and safe community we all remember. Together, it can be done!..."

Fox and his team of filthy supporters can rotate the wheels on the Fox mobile all they want  ---  but the ridiculous bumpety-bump will persist as long as Fox keeps acting like the concept "four square" only stands for a good set of wheels for his political jalopy.

  1. "we fell a few votes short"

Wasn't it like 600 something votes during a massive red wave?

  2. He said that he had community support, but he still lost to Brannan in 2021. Isn't that ptroof that his campaign for the City Council in 2021 was a failure?

  3. If Fox couldn't win last year during a national red wave he will not win in 2023. He should run against Matilde Frontus where he can win

  5. Fox got 49.9%

    Bob got 0.9%

We need to think about this.

  7. UPDATE & BACKFILL: THE "FOX IS ALREADY DOING WHAT HE DOES BEST" EDITION

NO, IT'S NOT POSTING A RELEASE THAT IS SO FULL OF GRAMMATICAL ERRORS, ABUSE OF PROPER SYNTAX, AND CARELESS & UNCORRECTED TYPOS THAT THERE ARE JUST TOO MANY TO COUNT, MUCH LESS PROPERLY CATALOGUE (ALTHOUGH THAT IS THE CASE) --- IT IS THAT >>> BRIAN FOX IS LYING SO FAST THAT EVEN HE CAN'T KEEP UP WITH THE WEB OF LIES THAT HE IS TRYING TO WEAVE

Fox's biggest lie so far --- "... many community leaders, [elected] representatives and party leaders have encouraged me to pursue another run for the City Council and I have decided to take on that challenge!..." (First, very very few people currently exist that fit any of those descriptions for the 2023 election cycle. Second, nobody that arguably is a "... community leader[ ], [elected] representative[ ] [or] party leader[ has] encouraged [Fox} to pursue another run for the City Council....")

Fox's next biggest lie is his attempt to rewrite his own recent personal history --- ".... Many of my friends and family have encouraged [me] to consider running again this year and I have indeed explored running for the New York State Assembly in the 46th District...." As we documented very clearly and completely on this independent GOP blog, Brian Fox actually declared himself to be a "candidate" against Mathylde Frontus in the 46th AD, and he briefly was running as a candidate.....

Fox's most typical, routine amd repetitive lie is just this sort of hollow 'promise" of his own hard work --- ".... The work and grassroots efforts to elect Conservative and Republican candidates seeking elected office across South Brooklyn starts tomorrow and I will be leading the fight in my role with the Verrazzano Republican Club and the South Brooklyn Small Business Coalition...." In the 'tomorrow" and "tomorrow" (adding up to two [2] "tommorrows" so far) since his "candidacy" against Justin Brannan in 2023 was announced on March 1st 2022, Brian Fox has done nothing wrt "... The work and grassroots efforts to elect Conservative and Republican candidates seeking elected office across South Brooklyn ... and [Fox has led no] fight in [his]role with the Verrazzano Republican Club and the South Brooklyn Small Business Coalition...."

  12. RESPONSE, UPDATE & BACKFILL: THE "HERE'S THE LATEST THING THAT WE LEARNED ABOUT BRIAN FOX" EDITION

    TO WHOM IT MIGHT CONCERN

BRIAN FOX'S USE OF WORDS IN HIS CAMPAIGN ANNOUNCEMENTS NEEDS TO BE INTERPRETED VERY BROADLY AND CONTEXTUALLY. BECAUSE FOX USES AND CHOOSES HIS WORDS IN A VERY IDIOSYNCRATIC WAY THAT OFTEN DIVERGES WILDLY FROM STANDARD AMERICAN OR ENGLISH USAGE

When Brian Fox says something like this: ".... The work and grassroots efforts to elect Conservative and Republican candidates seeking elected office across South Brooklyn starts tomorrow and I will be leading the fight in my role with the Verrazzano Republican Club and the South Brooklyn Small Business Coalition...." >>> WHAT HE REALLY MEANS IS THIS:

"... [W]ork and grassroots efforts" means posting a social media notice about a meeting more or less three weeks into the future.....

"... [T]omorrow" really means more than two days later (and fair to say, arguably three weeks later).....

".... The work and grassroots efforts to elect Conservative and Republican candidates seeking elected office across South Brooklyn..." means scheduling, announcing, and possibly holding a meeting of a few friends of Brian Fox from Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights in a bar in Bay Ridge.....

    AND

"... [Fox's] leading the fight in [his] role with the Verrazzano Republican Club and the South Brooklyn Small Business Coalition..." is more important to him than any candidacy that he might have announced to run for public office against Mathylde Frontus in 2022. or Justin Brannan in 2023.....

SUCH IS THE DEPTH AND COMPLEXITY OF THE MAN CALLED BRIAN FOX.....

  13. Gail, we're all disappointed that you didn't break into a song in honor of Foxy Loxy,
'Mañana, mañana, mañana is soon enough for me.... The window she is broken and the rain is comin' in... If someone doesn't fix it I'll be soaking to my skin... But if we wait a day or two the rain may go away... And we don't need a window on such a sunny day... Mañana, mañana, mañana is soon enough for me..'

  14. Gail, the balls of this guy!
Fox says that he was only 'exploring' the possibility of running for the assembly against Mattilde Frontis at the same time that his own Facebook page says that he is accepting the endorsement of the NYPD detectives to run for the assembly and that he will be the next assemblyman from the 46th Assembly District.
There really is something wrong with his brain if he thinks that means he is just 'exploring' running for the assembly against Frontis

  15. Bad news for the Brian Fox 'FILTH TEAM'

Tom Hilton is completely distracted by the blood, gore, death and destruction coming out of Ukraine lately. He must be sitting in front of his TV or computer all day long, and continuously madly jerking off at the sight of dead children and burning nuclear plants.

You don't just have to believe me, you can just look at all of Hilton's Facebook posts

  26. Tom Hilton II told me Brian Fox is leaving politics to finish at last his magnum opus on Nasser’s 1956 nationalization of the Suez Canal. Commonly referenced as a fait accompli in the security studies canon, it was neither gradualist nor coercive.

  27. In 2021 Fox learned next to nothing. In 2022 Fox is learning some hard lessons. In 2023 Fox will learn where he really fits in all of this, and that's probably on the far outside, looking for a place to press his nose up against a window to see somebody else do what he thought he was going to do in 2023.
