Messaging madness --- candidate Brian Fox gets distracted from his simplistic anti-crime, anti-"Defund the Police" pitch --- suddenly switches to an anti-Brannan "It's All About Freedom --- anti-vaccine mandates" attack

When you have no real message that sticks, you jump from message to message to message  ---  just like you are a little honey bee  >>>  in the 2021 race for City Council from Bay Ridge  few points to the near east (see what we did there.....) our latest little honey bee is Brian Fox

Here's the message that Brian Fox has tried-on most recently  >>>   Brian Fox for City Council [about 7:30 PM  8/12/2021]...   "Made sure to stop in to Pasticceria Rocco Bay Ridge today to get a cup of coffee and speak with owners Josephine & Rocco. I let them know how proud I was to support them for standing up to Mayor Bill de Blasio's discriminatory vaccine mandate!... If there are any small businesses owner concerned about the upcoming mandate and how we can fight it together, please contact me at: brianfox4nyc@gmail.com.... We are in this together and never forget that there’s strength in numbers!...."

Let's see how this latest change of focus by Brian Fox's crack team of consultants and advisors works out  ---  What next, having Brian Fox get all pissy and do his golden shower thing on the rug in Councilman Brannan's office ???

After all, aren't things like public urination everywhere and anywhere "... All About Freedom  ---  and  ---  anti-mandates" ?????

  1. Some people believe freedom is important. Others believe indoctrination is important.

  3. Brian Fox is a walking comorbidity. High blood pressure, very high cholesterol, morbidly obese. Of course he is anti vaccine.

  4. If Brian Fox were in Gov. Ron DeSantis' Florida, he'd already be in some ICU, on a ventilator, and circling the drain. Unless, of course, the unofficial field tests of "blow" being used in conjuction with the wearing a fleece vests or tight-fitting light blue blazers has been proved-out to be an effective agent to stop the spread of COVID-19 Delta by Fox and his team of field researchers.

  5. Yes Brian Fox is "walking" all day long while he campaigns.

Justin the defunder only comes out for a picture.

  6. I trust Dr. Fox implicitly. If Dr. Fox and Liam's girlfriend say COVD-19 is nothing serious then I believe them without reservations

  7. Do you mean the big man who's been virtually in charge if the country's COVID-19 response, none other than Doctor Foxy?

    ReplyDelete
  8. Has Liam moved out of his mother in laws yet?

    ReplyDelete
  9. Has bob moved out of the R train yet?

  10. The voters are on to justin the lazy defunder.

  11. I saw Chip giving Brian a tongue lashing last night. Never a good sign if your a Republican running for office in Bayridge and Chip is angry at you. Tsk Tsk!

  13. Who the F*** is Bob, chip and the r train

  14. Chip Cafiero isn't the only neighbrhood activist that has been seen arguing with Brian Fox. Trying to get support by antagonizing people is a page straight out of the Liam McCabe handbook, so is anybody surprised

  15. Brian Fox is a real muckracker. Reminds me of a young Chuck Oatey

  16. It's not just the civic leaders, mostly Bay Ridge Dems lined up with Boss Brannen, but also many of the Republican leaders that don't like either Fox or McCabe. A little while back, somebody put out a rat trap to catch Liam, and they were just using the quickly unopposed candidacy of Liam's man Fox as the stinky cheesey bait.

Now that 'Chip' has openly confronted Brian Fox should be a solid clue who is trying kneecap Liam once and for all. The only question is whether Ghorra is in on the scam or is also a target along with Liam, or is Ghorra still being used as a dupe, and being strung along by the only remaining guy that counts and his still mostly loyal team of Republican insiders.

  17. 938, are you talking about the much respected and legendary local newspaper giant, who also mentored so many that followed?

Chunk Otey truly had his finger on the pulse of Bay Ridge insider politics deep down in the roots. If he wasn't there at the root of the vine raking the muck and the gossip, there just wasn't anything worth seeing or hearing coming through the grapevine at all.

  18. What took 50 years of building in bay ridge justin destroyed in 3 years of defunding police and sanitation.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Sal Albanese and Chunk Otey are cut from the same cloth. They both still think it 1997 in Bay Ridge.

  20. Chuck Otey was a shitty lawyer, journalist, neighbor, dresser, cook and from what I hear from his ex-wives not so good in the sack. Outside of that a great guy.

  21. Chuck never drank beer on the R train.

  22. UPDATE & BACKFILL: THE "DEAFENING SILENCE FROM BRIAN FOX" EDITION

BRIAN FOX IS SUDDENLY LIKE A FOSSILIZED FLY FROZEN IN AMBER.....

HIS CAMPAIGN FB PAGE THAT WAS THE BASIS OF THE FEATURED POST IMMEDIATELY ABOVE THIS COMMENTS THREAD ON THIS BLOG IS >>> STILL<<< THE LAST THING POSTED BY BRIAN AND HIS CRACK CAMPAIGN TEAM

EITHER THE FOX-MAN REALLY DOESN'T HAVE THAT MUCH TO REPORT AND EVEN LESS TO SAY --- OR THE CAT HAS GOT HIS TONGUE SINCE THE TONGUE-LASHING THAT HE REPORTEDLY GOT FROM THE BIG "CHIPPER" PROMOTION MAN OF THIRD AVENUE, AND OTHER EVENTS AND STUFF AROUND THE SUB-NEIGHBORHOODS THAT MAKE UP THE WHOLE OF BAY RIDGE

Don't lose heart, Brian, the summer is more than half gone now..... Come September, Counciman Brannan will be campaigning more; and I'm sure that you'll get some more coverage when the media reports on Brannan's campaigning. (So far, Brannan's done nothing, and Fox and his campaign has literally been frozen in place and in time.)

    ReplyDelete
  23. Brannan can sit on his couch and get 60%
If he actually campaigns he will get 80%

    ReplyDelete
  24. oh yeah justin is going to campaign in september. any day now

    ReplyDelete
  25. 1047, NOT "ANY DAY NOW"! It's still the middle of August, not September.

You obviously missed Gail's main point, if Justin isn't interexted in Brian Fox neither is anybody else, with the possible obvious exception of Gail himself.

  26. Brian Fox was a major embarrassment at Gracie Mansion.

First, Brian needs to learn about the neighborhoods that make up the 43rd Council District where he is running; none of them includes "South Brooklyn," which is north of Sunset Park and west of Park Slope.

Second, does anybody believe that Fox is a small business man who owns or owned "three or four" restaurants? And who doesn't know the difference between "three or four"? Obviously Brian Fox doesn't.

Last, Fox's Facebook text and his posters said that he wasn't "anti-vaccine"; however, during his Gracie Mansion speech, what Brion Fox said is that his opponent supports vaccines, and as far as Fox is concerned, "... enough is enough..." Well, how much more anti-vaccine can somebody get than that?

The Gracie Mansion speech proves once and for all that Brian Fox must never have learned to speak English at all, because he sure as hell didn't speak it at Gracie Mansion.

  27. Brian Fox is now a restaurant mogul. He's opened so many restaurants he can't even remember anymore

    ReplyDelete
  28. Brian Fox must be a man of many, many hats, but only one fleece vest.

Until he got into this campaign for City Council, Fox's social media made it look like his then-current entrepreneurial venture was as a the head of a technical recruiting firm. Now, he says that he is or has been a restauranteur with three or four restaurants. What restaurants, where and when?

Brian Fox looks and sounds like four-flushing phony from the word go. Now, he's playing at being Doctor Foxy the expert on how to deal with the COVID-19 Delta variant; you know, being for vaccines before he was against them.

Brian, what about facemasks, yeah or nay?

So what restaurants did Brian Fox own?

    ReplyDelete
  30. Imagine being SUCH a tremendous restaurant and business mogul that you can't recall just HOW many restaurants you've opened over the course of your career! Brian Fox is very impressive !

    ReplyDelete
  31. Brian has owned 3 or 4 restaurants

    ReplyDelete
  32. Let’s see, he doesn’t even know what he owned? Ted you picked a real winner here.

  33. Where is nick chambers. For a self acclaimed star political consultant he doesn't seem to have any candidates?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Nick Chamberas owned at least one restaurant that failed. Brian owned 3 or 4.

Brian Fox is an American businessman, investor, television personality, Entrepreneur, author, and motivational speaker.
