OUTRAGEOUS !!!!! Disparate treatment of police officers --- one, a man that killed a white woman --- the other, a white woman that killed a black man

The first instance involved an as yet unidentified "police officer" that shot and killed one of the demonstrators, Ashli Babbit, inside the Capitol on January 6th, 2021.....  In that case, it was announced today that no charges will be forthcoming against that "police officer" in connection with the shooting death of U.S. Citizen Babbit

The second instance involved former Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, police officer Kim Potter, who shot Daunte Wright at an apparently appropriate "traffic stop" earlier this week in a Minneapolis suburb.....   In this case, it was announced today that former Police Officer Potter will be charged with second-degree manslaughter in connection with the shooting death of U.S. Citizen Wright

This completely different treatment of the situations of the victims, especially with respect to the racial component underlying the prosecutor's evaluations of the evidence in the Daunte Wright case demonstrates a malignant race-conscious sensibility that has metastasized across America

These cases show much of what is wrong with America, right now.....

In one case, a very objectionable act by a federal thug with a gun, called a "police officer" to clean things up a bit, is being swept under a rug in a way that obviates any truth-seeking or justice for the victim Ashli Babbit or the broad swath of Americans that she represents.

In the other case, a senior local police officer, who was in the course of her normal duties, apparently accidentally shot a recalcitrant individual that was in the process of being arrested.  That officer already has been arrested and charged with "manslaughter."

In the Ashli Babbit case, it was explained why the so-called "police officer" was not being charged with "murder" under Federal Law; however, there was no explanation why "manslaughter" under Federal Law was not considered.

  2. There were no 'Capitol rioters,' they all were people visiting 'The People's House.'

  4. That's 'The Big House' not 'The People's House.'

Twelve years, that's 'a stretch' not 'a visit'; the next time the people go to 'The People's House,' it will be more for a stretch than a visit.

  5. Just today, Brian Fox said that NYPD Lives Matter.

Just what we need another kind of lives matter, instead of 'All lives matter.'

What the hell are NYPD lives, anyway? It's just a PR gimmick and has no moral value whatsoever.

Ask Brian this: just ask him, 'Brian, what is an NYPD life?'

Then ask Fox, 'When does an NYPD life begin and end?'

  6. IT'S ALSO OUTRAGEOUS: THE "SARA TIRSCHWELL OFF THE BALLOT" EDITION

THE ONLY RIGHTEOUS AND TRULY INTERESTING CANDIDATE FOR MAYOR HAS BEEN ELIMINATED FROM THE GOP PRIMARY BALLOT --- SARA TIRSCHWELL.....

As Sinatra used to sing: "That's life !!!!! ... You can't deny it...."

  8. RESPONSE: THE "UTTERLY FALSE STATEMENTS ARE SOMETIMES USEFUL AS "TEACHABLE MOMENTS" EDITION

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 4:21 PM"

YOU SHOULD HAVE QUIT WHILE YOU WERE AHEAD >>> "DISPARATE TREATMENT... POLICE ABUSE... BLACK[S]" MIGHT HAVE HAD SOME FORMAL AND SUBSTANTIVE MERIT, BUT FOR YOUR GRATUITOUS ADDITION OF "ALL" --- WHICH, IN ADDITION TO BEING GRATUITOUS, WAS ALSO QUITE FALSE

AS FOR "NO WHITE VICTIMS" --- ALSO QUITE FALSE

I AM PRETTY SURE THAT ASHLI BABBITT WAS CERTAINLY ONE "MIGHTY WHITE" VICTIM

Thank you though, for acknowledging that there is disparate treatment of all kinds of folks in our "criminal justice system" --- which is certainly the former, but not the other two.

It is now quite obvious that disparate treatment applies to cops who kill U.S. citizens --- especially like the cold-blooded murderous scumbag "Capitol Police Officer" in a blazer, who obviously intended to shoot Ashli Babbitt, resulting in her death. The video of Ashli's shooting clearly is evidence of that --- and there has been no other explanation offered.

  9. Can someone explain why the capitol police have guns if they arent supposed to use them against rioters smashing the windows to break in?

Do you want to defund and dissarm the police?

  10. RESPONSE: THE "DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE THAT POLICE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ARMED GUARDS TO PREVENT CRIME ???" EDITION

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 10:59 AM"

YOU SEEM TO BE PART OF THE CROWD THAT WANTS TO "RETHINK POLICING" --- COPS HAVE NEVER BEEN ANY GOOD AT PREVENTING THE PEOPLE FROM DOING ANYTHING --- ESPECIALLY, IF IT'S WHAT THE PEOPLE REALLY WANT TO DO

IF YOU REALLY WANT TO RETHINK POLICING, LET'S START BY ENDING WHAT IS REALLY THE LONGEST WAR IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES >>> THE WAR ON DRUGS --- IN ITS CURRENT ITERATION, IT HAS BEATEN US IN EVERY COMMUNITY IN AMERICA --- AND ITS PANOPLY OF GANGSTERS MAKES "KILLER KANE" AND THE OTHER VILLAINS IN THE POP SCI-FI OF THE BUCK ROGERS ERA OF STORIES SEEM LIKE CHILDREN'S FAIRY TALES BY COMPARISON

As for your idea of cops using their guns to prevent breaking windows --- you are some new kind of genius --- when does the open season on any kid with a rock begin ?????

As for tearing down barriers and breaking windows to get into the Capitol, that was only made necessary because the thugs that some people on Capitol Hill call "police" were trying to keep THE PEOPLE out of the "People's House" >>> when they were there because the President of the United States had sent them to help the Congress do its job correctly, and stop the irresponsible certification of a vote that included the votes of a significant number of Stolen Electors. >>> BTW, THOSE ARE THE "FACTS" THAT WERE THE FINDINGS OF A CLEAR MAJORITY OF THE MEMBERS OF CONGRESS AND THE U.S. SENATE IN PROCEEDINGS THAT WERE VIEWED BY THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA.
