Holy Skulduggery, Batman !!!

Picture the Dark Knight, Batman, stabbing Robin,  "The Boy Wonder,"  in the back.  ---   Now,  picture the suddenly very dark persona of State Senator Martin Golden stabbing his staff's  "...Boy Wonder,"  John Quaglione, in the back.  ---   Then,  ask yourself this,  which imagined dastardly deed is more likely to happen ???   Or, if you saw somethings like either of those scenarios on social media,  which would you believe is more likely to be true ???

Look at this buzz from out there in the Twittersphere:

"...   Zack Fink Retweeted

Bay Ridge Democrats Retweeted Zack Fink
Sounds like Marty got some poll results back….

Zack FinkVerified account @ZackFinkNews
Sources say @SenMartyGolden is working behind the scenes to get @agounardes to run for @AMPamelaHarris seat instead of Bay Ridge State Senate seat...."

WHO IS ZACK FINK ?????

For those interested in such things,  Zack Fink is a reporter for NY1.....

I wonder why he's saying all this stuff ?????  The Bay Ridge Dems sure seem to like it enough to do an RT  ---  a few others just gave it a "like"  ---  presumably,  the liked it.....

DOES JOHNNY Q EVEN HAVE A CLUE ???

Don't fret, John-Boy, this might be the best thing for you.....

Of course, I don't believe that, but I thought it would be a nice thing to say.....

  1. Come on GM expand your sources, everybody knows Andrew and Eric Adams are behind this because they know he can’t beat Golden but consider the Assembly seat winnable. That’s why Andrew hasn’t even declared his Senate account yet. The only thing holding him back is the possibility of an Assembly Primary as well.

WHAT A KEEN INSIGHT INTO A COUPLE OF DEMOCRATS' MINDS

You seem to know about a lot of stuff; maybe, YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR OWN BLOG.....

On the other hand, even though you said this or that person (Democrat person) was behind this story, you didn't even attempt to rebut it. In fact, by your partial attribution of the story's provenance to "Andrew"; didn't you, more or less, acknowledge that it was a true account of the conversation between Marty and Andy Boy, because it was given by one of the participants, the one named "Andrew."

    ReplyDelete
  3. Say what you want GM, Andrew tried running for the 46th in the special election but got a little heavy handed and was rebuffed, this time he’s desperate for it because he knows he’ll lose to Marty and Adams wants to save face too.

  4. Gerry Kassar is forcing Golden to support Sasquatch Saperstein for the 46 th. John Quaglione is getting left out in the cold again but what else is news? Inquiring minds say the Bay Ridge Dinercrats will decide who replaces Pammy Harris. That is if Kevin Petey doesn't come home from Cliffside Mailbu first

  8. UPDATE: THE "MORE SIGNS THAT MARTY IS IN TROUBLE" EDITION

Did anybody get a load of the puffer job that John Alexander gave to Marty Golden in the Brooklyn Eagle. I wonder if he was humming Marty's favorite show tune at the time.

To any fiscal conservative, State Senator Marty must seem like a human lard factory on steroids, belching out gobs and gobs of pure pork fat of all kinds and descriptions.

  10. Andrew knows he can’t beat Golden but can’t be seen as disregarding Brannan and McCreight, Adams has no love lost for Brannan and is trying to help Andrew out by clearing the field for Andrew to avoid a primary. All this is about Andrew saving face

    ReplyDelete
  11. I hear Golden offered to co-sponsor a couple of bills in the Senate for Andrew, so he has something more than one-house bills passed.

Sounds like Golden may sweeten the deal with member item $tuff that benefits them both in Bay Ridge.

  12. Does Barkan go to OLA?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Is 8:12's "question" a sly new expression of veiled Marty G bigotry? Veiled anti-semitism.

First Marty disdained "ghetto" drug using kids compared to opioid kids from Bay Ridge, now this about Barkan.

  14. Democrooks have been cutting deals with marty for a long time. nothing new to see here friends.

    ReplyDelete
  15. This whole thing was initiated by Eric Adams for Andrew. Andrew wants to do it but is scared of Brannan and McCreight. Golden would crush either Ross or Andrew.

    ReplyDelete
  16. I think Marty's days of crushing empty-can opponents is over, and maybe you're the only one who doesn't know that.

    ReplyDelete
  17. At least now we know why John Alexander was ****chosen**** to moderate the Republican City Council debate last May.

You remember -- the debate where Marty's hacks changed the previously-agreed-to-debate-rules several times during the debate itself, like when they suddenly banned posters (because Quaglione's people neglected to bring posters), then later banned flyers (Q's brain trust forgot them too), and stickers (Q had none). Finally, they demanded people wearing t-shirts for other candidates to turn them inside out or remove them.

Alexander gives shills a bad name.

  18. UPDATE: THE "BUZZ-BUZZ-BUZZ" EDITION

THERE HAVE BEEN CRAIG EATON SIGHTINGS HITHER AND YON --- AND EATON IS MAKING POLITICAL CALLS AND TRYING TO SET UP POLITICAL MEETINGS WITH SOME BROOKLYN LOCALS (BUT NOT YOKELS, AHAHAHAHAH !!!!!)

Meanwhile, Ted Ghorra (a legend in his own mind) is having trouble with his original two-ball juggling act ("I am a partner at a major law firm" and I'm also the kids swimming guy at St. Anselm) --- forget about his "imaginary third ball" or any semblance of a three-ball juggling act involving the Brooklyn GOP.

Rumor has it that Jerry Kassar has told Teddy G to stop playing with his balls before they all hit the floor, causing a terrible shooting pain for Marty Golden.

    ReplyDelete
  19. To 10:34. You obviously are suffering from Marty Golden derangement syndrome. Barkan and Gounardes are not anything close to serious challengers, the former is doing it so he can write a book and the latter is begging for a way out and that’s why he’s willing to screw over Brannan and McCreight to do it.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Jerry Kassar can’t make any more deals. He couldn’t pass up Quaglione this time even if he wanted to. Jerry knows that there are multiple candidates who he doesn’t control who would run if John doesn’t.

  25. To 3:19. Justin you’re a fat turkey and a joke. You got lucky barely winning a City Council race that you promised everyone would be a cake walk. If Andrew has Adams backing him for Assembly it’s his for the taking and their is nothing You your hatchet man McCeight or Rumor spreading Yedin can do about it. Enjoy the guaranteed employment you have for the next four years and stop trying to even pretend that you’re players.

  26. Marty for DiNapoli's seat...that must be a joke.

The illiterate old man is above his pay grade right now...

How is he going to count money for the State. He will probably have all his events at the Manor...you know, the "full buff" brings in a lot of money.

They can't keep you down..keep fighting for us..you are all over all the local papers I just picked up..

    ReplyDelete
  45. Chairman
While Liam hides in Queens, and Quaglione gets Marty's coffee still, you continue to independently lead..voters will be ready for you as their next 46th Assemblyman ..I hear you are announcing in a week while others dither..

    ReplyDelete
  46. Gail, if you keep stopping anybody from posting anything about Capano’s lower than 2% showing in 2017 on some third party reformer line, where Vinny Gentile got almost a 30X higher vote, why do you keep letting Capano comment on your blog about his puke-inducing press coverage about ten guys shouting ‘hip-hip-hooray’ at Bob in a Bensonhurst pizzaria?

If we had a little VW Beetle that was in four or five bad crashes, the last one leaving it just above 0% on the value of scrap metal scale; and then the little "Herbie" became the Reform Party Chairman in Brooklyn, that wouldn't automatically make the crushed tomato can of a VW into a ‘Transformer’; OR DO YOU REALLY THINK IT WOULD?

Gail, you need be as tough on Capano, who is now outside the GOP, just like Kassar, as you are on Q, who is still inside the Republican mainstream. Otherwise, this stops being an independent 'REPUBLICAN' blog.

    ReplyDelete
  47. 123pm
Capano's press coverage is not just about him being elected Chairman "in a Bensonhurst pizzeria ", although it was many more than ten guys...the press is also about his leadership calling for Harris to resign , leading against Cy Vance letting fare beaters go, etc.
Perhaps you should look at the coverage...way more than Q or Liam..
What's there to be "tough" about on capano, that he is every single local newspapers this week on several different issues???

    ReplyDelete
  48. I have to admit Capano still dominating the local media market over all the other former GOP and Democrat candidates is pretty damn impressive.

    ReplyDelete
  49. The voters have spoken on capano. Not that it matters

    ReplyDelete
  50. 1:30 PM: More important 'Chairman' Capano is dominating over 'Chairman' Jerry Kassar and 'Chairman' Ted Ghorra; and he is even giving 'Chairman' Seddio a run for his money (and boy does he ever have money...).

    ReplyDelete
  51. 146pm
Good point ..that is the comparison now.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Chairman this - Chairman that- and now, Chairman somebody else; who are these people and why should I care about them one bit?

    What do they do?

    Who elects them?

And what do they have to do with the real politicians.

    ReplyDelete
  53. GM, poster at 1:23 is exactly right. Why the obsession with Capano who anointed himself front runnner in the Primary only to come in third far behind Q and Liam. Then he went back on his word and ran as the Reform candidate to results so embarrassing you won’t even let us post them on this blog. If Bob had any guts he’d be taking on Ted Ghorra as a member of the Republican Party—the guy is a smart lawyer but his chief advisor isn’t old enough to drink yet and he’s still afraid to go to the bathroom without Kassar’s permission.

    ReplyDelete
  54. So much envy for Capano . They just can't get over that while McCabe and Q are on the sidelines , capano is all over..

    ReplyDelete
  55. I never saw a candidate spend as much money as capano and get nothing. Never.

    ReplyDelete

Last I checked Brooklyn ch. 12, WABC 770 AM radio, the Home Reporter , Bay Ridge Courier, Brooklyn Eagle, Bklyner, Kings County Politics all counts as the news, all of which Capano has been in over past 3 weeks.
    Ahahaha

    ReplyDelete
  58. So why does capano get the lowest amount of votes of anybody who has ever run for office?

    ReplyDelete
  59. The russians screwed capano

    ReplyDelete
  60. Chairman
Hang in there. They can't stand you are still a player and dominating local politics

    ReplyDelete
  61. Chairman
you got more coverage this week than McCabe did the entire campaign

    ReplyDelete
  62. !0:51, is the Russians' screwing Capano one of the counts of the indictment?

    ReplyDelete
  63. capano is on page 38 of the indictment

    ReplyDelete
  64. Capano is a major player so maybe he is part of indictment 307pm

  71. RESPONSE: THE "WHAT DO I KNOW ABOUT IT --- I ONLY WRITE WHAT I HEAR" EDITION

TO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 7:34 AM"

THE ONLY WAY THAT I CAN MAKE ANY DISTINCTIONS BETWEEN WHAT I'M HEARING IS WHETHER THE STUFF IS BEING REPEATED BY LOTS OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE OR JUST BEING SAID BY ONE OR TWO --- BTW, EVERYBODY SAYS IT'S SOMETHING THEY HEARD AND NOT TO QUOTE OR ATTRIBUTE ANYTHING TO HIM, HER, IT, THEM... WHATEVER.....

The last thing that I heard was that KPC was taking a long rest on the left side of the country, in fact on the left coast itself --- you can quote me, I definitely heard that from lots of different kinds of people. I also heard, from a good single source that KPC's closest friends and acolytes have circled the wagons and trying to pitch a "Don't do anything to REPLACE him, he's coming back soon...." story.

As for Liam, who knows, he seems to be taking a rest too, unless you are among those saying he's working for Roid-Rage Mikey.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Liam could be at the same left coast place as Kevin Peter..
I have never seen anyone disappear from the public eye after losing than Liam..shows only cared about winning..guess bad advice from Jerry Obrien

  73. Speaking of skullduggery, Galye, did everybody see Brannan and Kassar sitting side by side on the dayus at the Cathedral Club gala? Those 2 did look awful chummy. It seems the fix is in and we've all been hoodwinked. Even poor Johnny Q-ball the "senior staffer"

    ReplyDelete
  74. After the he wrecked John’s campaign, it’s quite understandable that Brannan would be very happy to see Kassar.
