Marty Golden dictates terms & Ted Ghorra parrots them --- Kings County Republican Politburo does as expected (Now, where is that rubber stamp ?).....
"WE ENDORSE NICOLE FOR MAYOR, BUT ONLY IF SHE *#(*^#((-))*@... AND... >>> IF SHE CO-ENDORSES JOHN QUAGLIONE <<< IN THE GOP PRIMARY FOR CITY COUNCIL FOR THE 43RD DISTRICT..." --(Paraphrase /) Brooklyn GOP endorsement of Nicole M for mayor
More details soon....
Yea those are the bs lines being parroted by the Golden people but the reality is that while Ghorra and Massey are friends who've known each other for years, the activists made it clear that he would be tossed if he tried to endorse Massey. Malliotakis is the one candidate who actually unites the Brooklyn GOP, Massey got three votes last night. The con game is over. Marty Golden will look like a fool if he doesn't endorse Nicole no strings attached. Just look at Manhattan where Massey has the strongest organization, all they could muster was a non endorsement based on a tie that Massey got through questionable proxies. As much as Malliotakis adores Golden and Kassar, she wouldn't be foolish enough to alienate the rest of the Brooklyn GOP when clearly she has absolutely no need to do so.
ReplyDeleteOne lesson is clear from the meeting last nights. Ted Ghorra will not be allowed to lead anything or anybody until he shows that he knows how to follow; and that he can be relied upon 100% of the time.
ReplyDeleteThe county's so-called neutrality was exposed as a total smokescreen at the Council debate last month. Ghorra is neutral for Q, just like the rest of those spineless Slinkies.
ReplyDeletePaging Mr. Loopner!
Last night Ted Ghorra showed that he is a big nobody, capable of doing nothing.
ReplyDeleteTed Ghorra tried to do the same with Massey but there were no takers.
ReplyDeleteKassar organized the deal..the joint Malliotakis - Quaglione posters are being prepared and the Brooklyn Conservatives are endorsing Q tonite..bye bye Liam
ReplyDeleteJerry, Liam, John, and Bob are dreaming about a lot of things happening for them. It's nothing more than their fantasies being played out on this blog.
ReplyDeleteRESPONSE: THE "WHO BELIEVES ?" EDITION
ReplyDeleteTO: "ANONYMOUS SAID... AT 2:53 PM"
YOU DON'T REALLY BELIEVE THAT JERRY'S, LIAM'S, JOHN'S AN BOB'S FANTASIES ARE BEING PLAYED OUT ON THIS BLOG, DO YOU ??? IF THAT WERE SO, THEN THOSE FOLKS ARE SERIOUSLY FANTASY CHALLENGED.....
As is often the case, on this blog and elsewhere, there is very likely less going on here than meets the eye.....
"... [T]heir fantasies being played out on this blog" --- I like it; however, I don't believe it, because the facts, as I know them, just don't bear it out.
Q is the Conservatives nominee in brooklyn..its official. .game over
ReplyDeleteNice knowing you, Liam
ReplyDeleteNicole got the Brooklyn GOP nod because she's always been popular with the district leaders who even endorsed her for Congress a few years ago. Some people can't stand it that Ghorra had no choice but to go along with endorsing despite getting nothing in return.
ReplyDeleteRESPONSE: THE "IF THIS IS TRUE..." EDITION
ReplyDeleteIN THE EVENT THAT LIAM MC CABE WAS NOT ENDORSED BY THE KINGS COUNTY CONSERVATIVE PARTY, THEN BOTH THE GOP AND CONSERVATIVE PARTY ORGANIZATIONS IN BROOKLYN HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY SWAGGED BY MARTY GOLDEN'S STAFF SKELLS
MEANWHILE, >>> ALMOST <<< UNNOTICED, THE BOB CAPANO CAMPAIGN RECENTLY SELF-DESTRUCTED
I would normally say that the most recent shenanigans of the Brooklyn GOP and Conservative Party organizations might have given Bob Capano an opening for a thoughtful insider's attack against both; however, yesterday Bob Capano again demonstrated that he no longer wants to be considered a serious Republican candidate in 2017 and perhaps for a long time to come. Sitting down with somebody called "Rocky de la Fuente" and then publishing photos of the event on Facebook might be somebody's idea of a "good idea" --- but not anybody really involved in GOP-Conservative Party politics.....
With the actions of the Republican and Conservative Party hacks in Brooklyn, John Quaglione and Liam McCabe might now be rightfully referred to as the "Flotsam and Jetsam Twins" --- John clearly being akin to "Flotsam" in all respects and Liam being distinguishable as "Jetsam" which is how he's been treated by his former colleagues and allies (based on how this went down, the term "friends" would not be apt in any way, shape or form).....
Now, Liam needs to think very short and very hard about what his next political move will be --- he doesn't have the luxury of getting around to thinking "long and hard".....
So what's with that supposed Conservative Party endorsement of Quaglione last night?
ReplyDelete(crickets)
I thought so.
Onward to Liam's primary victory ...
This posting can be classified as fake news.
ReplyDeleteIMPORTANT: UPDATE: THE "FROM THE HORSE'S MOUTH" EDITION
ReplyDeleteLIAM MC CABE SAYS IT AIN'T SO --- IT'S ALL FAKE NEWS
I just spoke to Liam and he told me that >>> NEITHER THE CONSERVATIVE PARTY NOR THE REPUBLICAN PARTY HAVE ENDORSED JOHN QUAGLIONE <<<
He also said that even though there have been many rumors and reports of a DEAL for Nicole Malliotakis to endorse one of the City Council candidates in the 43rd District before the primary or even before petitioning, he has heard key people deny that any such DEAL exists.....
Quaggeleonee's fake news blitz about phony GOPUBLICANS & Konservative's endorsermints shows that he is getting desperate as time goes by and he doesn't have anything locked up, and GHorra keeps saying he's neutral and Q sees GOPublican leaders carrying petitions for other candidates.
ReplyDeleteOh the irony of it all!!!! Notice how everyone is hankering for Malliotakis endorsement and ignoring the other Brooklyn elected. Priceless.
ReplyDeleteQuaglione used a diner photo of him and Golden to accompany the news of Marty's endorsement?
ReplyDeleteThis Orlando has the media sensitivity of an undertaker.
Phase 1 complete. .Marty endorses Q..Conservatives next..after Golden publicly endorsed Q Kassar cant publicly go against his boss! Q plan executed well by Orlando
ReplyDeleteLiam's paid Manhattan 'volunteers' have worked magic in giving John momentum and keeping Bob's candidacy alive.
ReplyDeleteIt must be tough for Liam running against such accomplished losers
ReplyDeleteYou amuse me, Mr. Massey! Tell me, tell all of us, now that you've thrown Bob Capano under the bus, whom are you supporting?
ReplyDeleteIt certainly doesn't look like there is any love lost between you and Johnny Q, so is your latest gunsel, the handsome young Liam?
