"For one brief shining moment..." the Western World was seemingly united against terrorism, but the Obama Administration picked that particular moment to play "Hide and Seek"
Look at the lineup of leaders marching in Paris — Let's play "Where's Waldo" — Same with demonstrations here at home
Oh! The security problem would cause a distraction... — How convenient ! How manly ! ! !
Leading from behind has turned into leading from under the bed
It all has many in the Main Stream Media talking about Obama and his administration in less than flattering tones
why are Frances problems our problems?
ReplyDeleteAs the great french actress Doris Day said "Que Sera Sera"
Anonymous... you can't honestly believe that the terrorist attacks in France are something the US shouldn't care about nor be worried about?
ReplyDeleteI think the US should care about the eight Muslim countries Hillary has us dropping bombs on.
ReplyDeleteWhen a country kills people it usually has consequences. Even the shiftless dole collecting Irish fought back against the British occupation.
To you above:
ReplyDeleteThe next time you ride the NY subway, get help from a police officer, are aided by a fire fighter, enjoy a beer at the neighborhood saloon, remark on your fine elementary school education, enjoy the fruits of our city's labor movement, be sure to say a thank you to those "shiftless dole collecting Irish" for making your comfortable life in this great city possibile.
There are only two kinds of New Yorkers - those who are irish and those who wish they were.

ReplyDeleteBELATED WHITE HOUSE ADMISSION OF BLUNDER, BUT NO EXPLANATIONS OFFERED
Reports have noted that the Obama White House has made a rare admission of a mistake about it's failure to have a higher-ranking official participate in the massive Paris march against last week's attacks and terrorism generally. However, there is nothing in the way on an explanation as to why things happened the way they did (See “Paris Terror Attack: White House Admits It 'Should Have Sent Someone With a Higher Profile' to Rally” by Mary Bruce, 1/12/15, ABC News [http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/white-house-admits-higher-profile-paris-rally/story?id=28168609]; see also “White House: 'We should have sent someone with a higher profile' ” by Eric Bradner, 1/12/15, CNN [http://edition.cnn.com/2015/01/12/politics/obama-kerry-paris/]).

I'm not sure why Gale is referring to Ronnie Eldridges cleavage except that its just another example of GOP sexism.

ReplyDeletePOST - “CHARLIE HEBDO” MASSACRE “BEHIND ENEMY LINES” SHOW DOES PRETTY GOOD JOB WITHOUT GALLO
Gene Berardelli and Amanda Kohut did this week’s installment of the “Behind Enemy Lines-Blogging From Within” show without the assistance of the occasionally over-the-edge Russell Gallo. Nonetheless, Gene and Amada zeroed in on some real bad guys all by themselves.
The most important part of the program, as far as I’m concerned, came late in the show in the “The Day America Let the World Down” segment when the duo decried the fact that the Obama Administration was completely and conspicuously absent for the march in Paris organized after the Charlie Hebdo terrorist attack. Berardelli and Kohut expressed shock and dismay, not only at the failure to have a senior Obama Administration official attend the Paris rally, but also at the series of lame excuses that were used to try to make it go away. Ms. Kohut also read out a comparative list of publications and other outlets that did and did not show the post-massacre Charlie Hebdo “Survivors” cartoon, showing Mohammed with “TOUT EST PARDONNE [All is forgiven]” over his head and holding a sign that reads, “JE SUIS CHARLIE” ( See “ICYMI - Rights & Wrong” [with link to blog-radio program] by Gene Berardelli, 1/15/15, Behind Enemy Lines - Blogging From Within [http://www.behindenemylinesradio.us/2015/01/icymi-rights-wrong.html])..
In spite of the adequacy of the show in his absence, I’m sure that when Russell gets back on the air, eventually his aim will be on the war against radical jihadi Islamists that is NOT being pursued with any vigor by the current administration — and what that means for the rest of us.
