Other than a handful of local races involving the individual campaigns of Congressman Grimm, State Senators Golden and Storobin, Assemblywoman Malliotakis, assembly candidates Gallo, McCarthy and Hayon, and a small effort by Glenn Nocera's Brooklyn Young Republican Club, there is no visible effort to show the Republican Flag throughout Brooklyn.
The 2012 elections had been touted as being the big breakthrough for the Brooklyn GOP forces led by Republican County Chairman Craig Eaton.
The November 2, 2012 post, “The Storm, The Election, The Neighbors in Need” by UNCLE ABE in the Brooklyn GOP blog just doesn’t cut it. The big take away from that post is that some pathetic pro-Romney rally has been cancelled. ( Btw, does anybody really think that channeling post-Sandy assistance and charity through State Senator Martin Golden’s office in Bay Ridge, which was one of the least effected communities in Golden's state senate district, is an effective way to handle all the problems in the aftermath of "Hurricane" Sandy ?)
Is this the way it ends, not with a bang but with a whimper?
If you are going to post things, at least be accurate and transparent. Sheepshead Bay and Gerritsen Beach, both in Sen Golden District have been totally destroyed...you should at least be factual. Not idiots - all you do is complain - what have you done for either the GOP or to help people after Sandy? ....I know the answer. It is quite obvious
